The Department of Lands and Survey held today, Saturday, at the headquarters of the Amman Chamber of Commerce, an interactive workshop with the Syndicate of Owners of Offices and Real Estate Companies, in the presence of many owners of real estate offices, on the reality of electronic services intended to be launched, listening to their observations and suggestions, and working to overcome any obstacles regarding their use.
The Director General of the Department of Lands and Survey, Dr. Ahmed Ai-Amoush said that the Department of Lands and Survey seeks to raise the level of its services and facilitate its procedures in a way that meets the aspiration of service recipients in accordance with international best practices.
Al-Amoush said that the Department of Lands and Survey has prepared a plan for electronic transformation that includes re-engineering procedures to ensure the safety and security of information within specific time frames, in response to the royal visions and aspirations and government directives in providing soft services that directly affect the needs of citizens and also overcomes obstacles in front of investors and saves them time, effort and costs.
He added that the real estate sector is one of the most important pillars of the local economy because it is directly linked to many other sectors, so we will strive within complementary efforts between the public and private sectors to move forward with this important sector.
For his part, the head of the Real Estate Offices and Companies Syndicate, Eng. Mohamed Nour, confirmed that this workshop was an embodiment of the partnership between the public and private sectors.
