The total of apartment's sales amounted to 31 thousand apartment in Jordan by the end of September of the current year which recorded an increase of 13%.compared with 27.1 thousand apartments during the same period in the previous year. .The total of sold apartments amounted to 30.6 thousand apartments compared with the same period in the previous year. According to the monthly report that is issued by DLS, the sold apartments for spaces less than 1200 Meter during the first nine months of the current year amounted to 11.7 thousand apartments compared with 8.6 thousand apartments during the same period in the previous year. The sold apartments for spaces between 120-150 meter during the first nine months of 2015 amounted to 11 thousand apartments approximately compared with 10.1 thousand apartments during the same period in 2014. The sold apartments for spaces that are greater than 150 Meter during the first nine months of the current year amounted to 7.8 thousand apartments approximately compared with 8.3 thousand apartments during the same period in 2014. The trading volume in housing market in Jordan during the first nine months of the current year amounted to 5,464 billion dinars approximately which recorded a decreased amounted to 7% compared with the same period in the previous year. The trading volume in housing market in Jordan during the last month amounted to 727 million dinar approximately which recorded a decreased amounted to 4% compared with the same period in the previous year. The Iraqi nationality came in the first nine months of the year in first place with a total of 1,410 properties and Saudi nationality has ranked the second with a total of 687 properties, Kuwaiti nationality ranked the third with a total of 258 properties, as Syrian nationality came in the fourth place with a total of 170 properties. As in terms of value the Iraqi nationality came in the first place too with a volume of investment amounted to 148,5 million Dinar with 51 % of the estimated value for non-Jordanian sales, and the Saudi nationality came in the second place with a volume of investment amounted to 49,4 Million Dinar with 17%, then in the third place the Syrian nationality with 13.1 Million dinar with 4.5% and the Yemeni nationality came in the fourth place with 11 Million dinar with 3.8%. Properties sales for non-Jordanian investors amounted to 497 transactions during September of the current year, these transactions include 347 transactions for apartments and 150 transactions for lands, Its space is 47,254 Meter for apartments and 526,252 Meter for lands, its estimated value is 40,5 Million Dinar which recorded decreased amounted to 16% compared with the same period in the previous year which include 30,2 Million Dinar with 74% for apartments and 10,3 Million Dinar with 26% for lands.
